From the outset, the team adopted the motto "Victory is in our blood," reflecting a spirit of resilience and a winning mindset that resonated with players and fans alike.

Kushal Bhurtel, a marquee player and a prominent figure in Nepali cricket, became the face of the team. International additions like:
