Pokhara Avengers has unveiled its logo. The team, owned by Nepal T20 Pvt. Ltd., revealed the logo through social media.
The logo features a rising sun symbolized by a cricket ball. Additionally, it includes the image of an eagle, representing the ability to face any challenge. The logo also incorporates Machapuchare Mountain, symbolizing the iconic identity of Pokhara.
Pokhara Avengers spent NPR 35.7 million in the NPL auction, the highest amount spent on team ownership in NPL history. The team acquired Kushal Bhurtel through a lucky draw as their marquee player. Pokhara Avengers also participated in the 2022/23 Nepal T20 League.
It was the only domestic team to participate in the league and is the sole franchise team transitioning from Nepal T20 League to the Nepal Premier League. The NPL will take place at the Kirtipur Ground from November 30 to December 21, with the player auction scheduled before Dashain
